Description of Practice Dr. Brooks enjoys treating a wide variety of eye and visual conditions. He treats acute eye diseases such as infections and allergies. Dr. Brooks also manages chronic conditions such as glaucoma, dry eye syndrome and macular degeneration. He has been trained in co-managing post-operative surgical patients. Dr. Brooks has experience fitting bifocal/multifocal contact lenses as well as rigid gas permeable contacts for post-operative corneal transplant and keratoconus patients. With the new advancements in contact lens technology, he is often able to fit patients who were unable to wear contacts due to discomfort/dryness, astigmatism and/or poor near vision. Dr. Brooks performs routine eye exams for pediatric through geriatric patients. He works closely with Dr. Gorovoy and consults with him on difficult cases and post-operative surgical complications.

Dr. Brooks was born in Arizona and raised in several western states - mainly Washington State. Dr. Brooks is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He is married with three children and enjoys playing tennis, basketball, volleyball, golf and traveling with his family. Back to Our Team
